Merino Consulting Services implemented migration from Man-Man to LN for us using an Offshore/Onsite model. Things are stable now and work is running smoothly. The advantages of the new system are very much visible now and hoping to reap many benefits in 2013. We are satisfied with Merino Services overall; their project team is competent and there was no change in personnel duration of the project, and even now the same people are available if required. Their Managing Director is committed to customer satisfaction, and on a couple of occasions when his intervention was required, he was available and had a very positive attitude.
